For B2B companies with product-market fit

A CRM where no lead goes cold.

We clean up your records, get every lead to the right rep in minutes and tie each deal to the campaign that started it. It's built in your own CRM in about three weeks, tested on your records and handed over with the docs.

  • One record per company, with every contact current and every field sourced
  • Every lead matched, routed and in Slack within minutes
  • Stages defined once, and every deal traced to its first touch
  • Your data exported before any change, and every change tested on a sample first

The problem

Good leads go quiet inside the CRM.

Nobody owns it full time, so every new tool, hire and campaign leaves something half connected.

  1. 1Records nobody believesToday

The same company saved three ways, people who changed jobs still listed, and reps keeping their own spreadsheets on the side.

    What changes

    One record to act on

One record per company, every contact current and every field with its source. The side spreadsheets go away.

  2. 2Replies that waitToday

An interested reply sits in an inbox over the weekend, then reaches a rep with none of the history.

    What changes

    Every lead worked in minutes

Matched to the right account and owner, with the history and a Slack alert, while the buyer is still keen.

  3. 3Numbers that don't matchToday

Marketing and sales count pipeline their own way, and nobody can say which campaign produced it.

    What changes

    Pipeline you can trace

Stages defined once, every deal tied to the campaign that started it, and one report both teams read.

Every other option leaves a gap.

Senior people plan it and build it themselves, with AI workflows doing the repetitive work.

  • Buy a tool

Someone on your team still has to learn it, wire it up and keep it running.

    Nobody to run it
  • Hire a traditional agency

You end up setting the strategy, while junior staff do the work.

    Junior operators
  • Hire an advisor

You get a plan on paper, and nobody to build it.

    No one to build it
  • Hire a RevOps lead

Months to find and ramp, and a bigger bill once they're in the seat.

    Slow and costly

Everything else you'd ask

What does a RevOps sprint cover?

One fix, picked on the kickoff call, such as clean records, routing or reporting. It's built in your CRM, tested on your records and handed over in about three weeks. A bigger rebuild runs as a few sprints back to back.

Which CRMs do you work in?

Yours, whether that's HubSpot, Salesforce or something else. If you're still on a spreadsheet, we set one up around how you sell and load your records in.

How do you protect the data we have?

We export everything before we change anything, run every change on a sample first and never overwrite what your reps typed. Every update is logged with what was there before.

Can you work alongside our ops person?

Yes. We build to their rules, in their CRM, and hand them the docs and every rule at the end.

Do we need an ops person?

No. You need one person who owns the CRM. They join the kickoff, approve the spec and work in it with us in the last week.

Do you cover customer success?

No. We work on everything up to the closed deal, from where leads come from to the pipeline report. Renewals and customer success stay with your team.

How is this different from GTM engineering?

RevOps fixes what's inside your CRM, the records, routing and reports. GTM engineering builds what feeds it, the market maps, signals and outbound. If your CRM is a mess, start here, so new pipeline lands somewhere clean.

What happens after the sprint?

Your team owns it, with the docs and a recorded walkthrough. When the next fix comes up, it gets its own sprint.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Everything is built in your CRM and your accounts, so the fields, rules and docs stay with you.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We promise the fix in the spec, tested on your records, and you see every change before the handover.
