For B2B companies with product-market fit

Email and LinkedIn to your whole market.

We map every company that fits, find and verify the buyer at each and write an offer for each segment. Then it runs on two channels at once, email from warmed inboxes we own and messages from your team's LinkedIn profiles. Every interested reply lands in your CRM with the thread attached.

  • Every company that fits, pulled from several sources, because no single database holds a whole market
  • Every email checked twice, by two different verifiers, before anything sends
  • Email from warmed Google and Microsoft inboxes and LinkedIn from your team's own profiles, on one list
  • Every reply on either channel read, labelled by intent and routed to your CRM with a Slack alert
The Modern Outbound process we run, mapped end to end, with the client's four steps marked
100%

The white cards are yours. We run everything else.

See every step in the playbook

Three kinds of campaigns, one map.

Your whole market on a steady cycle, the people who already raised a hand, and the accounts where something just changed. All three run on email and LinkedIn.

Your market mapEvery company that fits, the buyers at each and who is in market now

Interested replies in your CRM, each with its thread

Map it, build it, run it.

The system we build and run for you, in three stages.

1

Map

  • Your ICP, from your won and lost deals
  • Every company that fits, from several sources
  • Who is in market now
  • Accounts grouped by the pain they share
2

Build

  • Every account checked against the ICP
  • The decision maker at each, with a work email and their LinkedIn
  • Every address verified twice, by two verifiers
  • An offer for each segment, written for both channels
3

Run

  • Email from warmed Google and Microsoft inboxes
  • Requests and messages from your team's LinkedIn profiles
  • Every reply read and labelled by intent
  • Leads in your CRM with a Slack alert
  • Tests and a report every week

Four steps are yours. We run the rest.

What the work looks like on your side, and everything we take off your plate.

Launch holds when your approvals come back within three business days. Each day of delay moves it by a day.

After launch

  • Every replyEmail or LinkedIn, read and sorted by intent. Interested replies land in your CRM with the full thread, and whoever follows up gets a Slack alert.
  • Every campaignChecked for bounces: flagged at 2%, paused at 3% until the cause is fixed. A flagged inbox is swapped from the reserve the same business day.
  • Every LinkedIn profileUp to 100 requests a week per profile, with hours between actions, and every profile watched for warnings.
  • Every testOne change at a time: the subject, the first line, the offer or the segment, so each result has one cause.
  • Every FridayA short written update in your Slack: emails sent, LinkedIn requests accepted, replies, interested replies, what we learned and what's next.
  • 30 days after launchYour results review, booked at kickoff: a written review of the first month and a call to walk through it, with what changes next.

Everything else you'd ask

How soon does outreach start?

About two weeks after kickoff, with the first emails and the first LinkedIn requests in the same week. The date holds when your approvals come back within three business days, and each day of delay moves it by a day. Volume then rises as the new inboxes finish warming and the LinkedIn accept rate clears 40%.

What do you need from us?

A 15-minute onboarding form and a 30-minute kickoff call. Then your won and lost deals, call recordings if you have them, a do-not-email list of your customers, open deals and anyone you're already talking to, CRM access so replies land there, a booking link and the LinkedIn profiles we send from. After that, two approvals and someone to take the meetings.

Do we approve what goes out?

Yes. You approve the ICP and every word of the emails and LinkedIn messages, in writing, before anything sends. One person on your side signs off, within three business days.

Do you send from our domain?

No. We send from separate domains we buy and maintain, set up with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Every new inbox starts at a few warm-up emails a day, sending ramps up over the first weeks, and warm-up stays on for the life of the campaign. Your own domain never sends a cold email.

Whose LinkedIn profiles send?

Your team's. Requests and messages come from the profiles your buyers already recognise, up to 100 requests a week per profile, with hours between actions.

What do the messages look like?

Short and plain. Emails come from a named sender, with no tracking and no link in the first email. The LinkedIn connection note never pitches, and nobody gets more than three LinkedIn messages. Each segment gets its own offer.

Who answers the replies?

We agree at kickoff. We can answer as your sender, or route every reply to your team. When we answer, a person replies to interested leads within one business day with your booking link. Either way, each interested reply, from email or LinkedIn, lands in your CRM with the full thread, and your team can take over any conversation at any time.

Could our LinkedIn profiles get restricted?

We run inside the limits LinkedIn enforces: a weekly cap per profile, hours between actions, and no one contacted from two profiles. Every profile's pacing and warnings are watched.

What do you report on?

Every Friday: emails sent, LinkedIn requests accepted, replies, interested replies, what we learned and what's next. About 30 days after launch, a written results review and a call. We count replies and interested replies, never opens.

How often do we talk?

Any question gets an answer within one business day. Calls with Adam run monthly, every two weeks or weekly, depending on your plan.

Do you guarantee meetings?

No. We promise the standards on this page, in writing, and you see every number every week.

What happens if we stop?

Once the last invoice is paid, everything we built is yours: the ICP, the market map, the contact list, the offers, the copy, the replies and the reports, handed over within five business days.

Book a strategy call.

Thirty minutes with Adam. We map your market with you and walk through the first campaign we would run.

What it produces.

Programs we run, in each client's own numbers.

The other services.

Every program runs on one map of your market, so the channels work together.
