For B2B companies with product-market fit
Outbound, built and run for you.
We map your market, build the list and the copy, run the sending, and route qualified conversations into your CRM. Your team takes the meetings.

- Every interested reply lands in your CRM with the thread attached
- We send from separate warmed domains we own, never from your main domain

After launch
- Every replyRead and sorted by intent. Interested replies land in your CRM with the full thread, and whoever follows up gets a Slack alert.
- Every campaignChecked for bounces: flagged at 2%, paused at 3% until the cause is fixed. A flagged inbox is swapped from the reserve the same business day.
- Every testOne change at a time: the subject, the first line, the offer or the segment, so each result has one cause.
- Every FridayA short written update in your Slack: emails sent, replies, interested replies, what we learned and what's next.
- 30 days after launchYour results review, booked at kickoff: a written review of the first month and a call to walk through it, with what changes next.
- Every monthAnyone who finished a sequence without replying is checked again, then hears a new message after a 30 to 45 day rest.
Everything else you'd ask
How soon do the first emails go out?
About three weeks after kickoff. The agreement sets launch at about 14 business days after we start, and the date holds when your approvals come back within three business days. Each day of delay moves it by a day. Volume then rises over the following weeks as the new inboxes finish warming.
What do you need from us?
A 15-minute onboarding form and a 30-minute kickoff call. Then your won and lost deals, call recordings if you have them, a do-not-email list of your customers, open deals and anyone you're already talking to, CRM access so replies land there, and a booking link. After that, two approvals and someone to take the meetings.
Do we approve what goes out?
Yes. You approve the ICP and every word of the messages, in writing, before anything sends. One person on your side signs off, within three business days.
Do you send from our domain?
No. We send from separate domains we buy and maintain, set up with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Every new inbox warms for two to three weeks before a campaign sends from it, and your own domain never sends a cold email.
What do the emails look like?
Short and plain text, from a named sender, with no tracking and no link in the first email. Each segment gets its own offer.
Who answers the replies?
We agree at kickoff. We can answer as your sender, or route every reply to your team. When we answer, a person replies to interested leads within one business day with your booking link. Either way, each interested reply lands in your CRM with the full thread, and your team can take over any conversation at any time.
What do you report on?
Every Friday: emails sent, replies, interested replies, what we learned and what's next. About 30 days after launch, a written results review and a call. We count replies and interested replies, never opens.
How often do we talk?
Any question gets an answer within one business day. Calls with Adam run monthly, every two weeks or weekly, depending on your plan.
Do you guarantee meetings?
No. We promise the standards on this page, in writing, and you see every number every week.
What happens if we stop?
Once the last invoice is paid, everything we built is yours: the ICP, the market map, the contact list, the offers, the copy, the replies and the reports, handed over within five business days.

Thirty minutes with Adam. We map your market with you and walk through the first campaign we would run.
