How AchieveCE opened 4,991 license-renewal conversations in 20 weeks.

A continuing-education provider turned public license records into a deadline engine: one email per licensee about their own license, renewal date and required hours, answered with a one-word reply.

A renewal email earns a reply when it proves it read the record: the license number, the deadline and the hours still owed.

AchieveCE needed licensed professionals to act before their renewal deadline, from an email they never asked for.

AchieveCE sells accredited online continuing education to nurses, physicians, dentists, pharmacists and other licensed healthcare professionals, and reports completions to CE Broker automatically. The buyer who acts is the individual licensee, and the moment they act is the weeks before their license expires.

A renewal notice from an unknown sender reads like a scam unless it proves it knows the reader's record. In a regulated field, one wrong line about required hours tells a nurse something false about their own license.

The email had to be as precise as the board's own notice. That's where we went to work.

What we built.

We write from the license record, so every email is about the reader's own renewal.

AchieveCE turned state license records into 4,991 renewal conversations in 20 weeks.

Across 90 campaigns, the program sent 455,213 deadline emails to 413,203 licensees and drew 9,311 replies, 4,991 of them interested. In Virginia and New Jersey, each build launched as a pair, a direct link against a reply-to-request version, so every new profession was measured from its first send.
