How Chatbase got an outbound engine of its own, built from scratch in two weeks

Chatbase had no outbound. In two weeks Revgrowth built the whole engine from the domains up, with 100 inboxes and a campaign for every market, company size and inbox provider. It drew 29 interested replies in its first 45 days, and the infrastructure stays with Chatbase for its next campaign.

Chatbase had no outbound engine to reach the businesses that weren't finding it.

Chatbase builds AI agents that answer customer questions over chat, email, WhatsApp, Slack and more, trained on each business's own content. Over 10,000 businesses use it, and anyone can start a free trial on its site.

A free trial brings in the businesses already looking for an AI agent. Chatbase wanted the ones that weren't, starting with hotels and gyms, and it had nothing to reach them with.

The job was an engine Chatbase could keep, proven on its first markets.

What we built.

We built every piece from scratch, and set it up so each market could be measured on its own and run again.

Every market got its own inboxes and campaigns, split by company size and inbox provider. The domains and inboxes stay in place for the next market.

The Chatbase playbook, mapped end to end
100%

An engine Chatbase keeps, and 29 interested replies in its first 45 days.

The engine was sending two weeks after the first inbox went up, and from January 23 to February 26, 2026, 29 replies came back interested. Hotel general managers, owners and directors of rooms asked for a demo, pricing, a one-page breakdown or a deck, and a hotel group's VP of operations proposed a meeting time in the first reply.
