A TikTok Shop agency broke into e-commerce inboxes full of agency pitches and turned 85,534 emails into 178 interested brand leads with one offer: a playbook written for each brand.
Zain AliCo-Founder, Zainith
Zainith Agency runs TikTok Shop programs for e-commerce brands, with creators who promote the products and get paid on commission. Its buyers, the founders and marketing leads of seven-figure brands, get a constant stream of agency pitches about ad creative, email flows and ROAS.
The first two campaigns showed how hard that inbox is. They launched on eight openers that compared TikTok Shop with Meta on cost, attribution and reach, and together they drew 201 replies and only 6 interested leads.
The pitch was where the interest was dying. That's where we went to work.
We changed the offer first, then read every segment on its own numbers.
A TikTok Shop agency selling to seven-figure brands.
Brand lists built by industry and technology, then qualified one by one.
Every campaign split by vertical, company size and inbox provider.
A TikTok Shop playbook written for the brand.
Two sentences and a question, signed by the founder.
A new version every week, aimed at the next size band.
514 inboxes on 42 domains, bounces held at 1.15%.
Every brand was qualified before it got an email, and every campaign was split so each result stood on its own. The email offered a TikTok Shop playbook in the founder's name and asked one question: mind if I send it over?

Once the offer changed, interested leads per email rose 3.3x. The share of replies that were interested went from 3% to 20%.
Different markets, the same system underneath.
