Competitor Page Followers Playbook
Their audience already raised a hand. New followers of a competitor's page are pulled every week, enriched, and checked for stacked signals: they use the competitor, engage with its posts, or visit your site. Fit and timing decide the tier.

We'll pick your closest competitor, find people who recently followed its LinkedIn page and fit what you sell, and email you the list.

How it works
Start from each competitor's LinkedIn company page and pick up everyone who followed it since the last run.
- List the competitors whose audience looks like your buyer.
- Export the followers of each one's LinkedIn company page.
- Re-pull every week and keep only the people who are new since the last run.
- The follow is the first signal: this person already pays attention to your category.
- Each person keeps a note of the page they came from.
LinkedIn
A competitor's followers include its own staff and alumni, so they come out before anything else happens.
- Anyone whose employer or headline names the competitor is removed.
- This runs before any paid enrichment touches a row.
- Also removed up front:
- Your customers and open deals
- Anyone already in an active sequence
- Titles you never sell to, such as students, interns and recruiters
Each follower's company gets a decision maker, a champion and a user, each with a work email.
- Map the buying committee at each account:
- The decision maker
- A likely champion
- A day-to-day user
- The enrichment waterfall uses IcyPeas, Prospeo, LeadMagic and GetLeads.
- Each vendor only sees the contacts the ones before it missed.

- Map the buying committee at each account:
Every email is checked twice before anything sends.
- MillionVerifier checks every address first, then BounceBan checks every address that passes.
- Sort each address by the result:
- Valid: kept for the campaign
- Catch-all: kept only if BounceBan marks it deliverable, and sent from its own campaign so its results read separately
- Invalid, disposable or unknown: removed
- An enrichment vendor's own check never counts as one of the two.
- A contact that fails keeps its place on the list with a flag, so no qualified person is silently lost.

The follow is one signal. Sumble, Apify and RB2B show whether the timing is right.
- Sumble: the account uses the competitor, or is hiring and changing its stack.
- Apify: they engaged with the competitor's posts recently.
- RB2B: they visited your site.
- Every signal lands on the account's HubSpot record, stamped with its type and time.
- Signals add up. An account moves from cold to warm to active as they stack, and one signal alone seldom changes its tier.
- A Sumble match only counts when it lands on the account's exact domain.

Each account is scored on fit and on timing, then sorted into a tier.
- Jev and OpenRouter score two things in one pass: fit against your ICP, and timing from the signals stacked on it.
- They classify and score only. Neither one enriches.
- The tier comes from fixed rules on top of their answers:
- Tier one: a strong fit, with signals stacking up
- Tiers two and three: a partial fit, or a strong fit with only one signal
- Disqualified: a weak fit, or a disqualifier such as a competitor
- Too little evidence to judge? The account stays unscored instead of guessed.

The best fits get a Slack alert to their owner, then one-to-one work built on a switch angle.
- A Slack alert goes to the account owner and names the signal that fired.
- The owner then works it one to one:
- A warm call on Salesfinity
- A personal note on LinkedIn or Gmail
- A short personal video
- The angle is a switch: what they would gain by moving off the competitor.
- Whatever the rep does from the alert is written back to the CRM.

Everyone else who qualifies gets automated email that opens on the signal.
- Automated emails in EmailBison open on the signal and make the same switch case.
- An account that engages moves up to tier one.
- Frequency caps limit how often any one person hears from you.
- Two emails in total, and no link in the first.
- Disqualified: no message.
