Follow up while the event is fresh. Exhibitors and speakers hear from you before the show, and attendees are scored for fit before any credit is spent, then worked within two days.

How it works
Every event leaves a list. Pull exhibitors and speakers weeks before a show, and attendees the day it ends.
- Pull the list from where the event lived:
- The LinkedIn event's attendees
- The Luma guest list
- The registration export from your webinar platform
- The public exhibitor, sponsor and speaker lists, pulled with Firecrawl four to six weeks before a trade show
- Split it four ways:
- Exhibiting or speaking: worked before the show, with a request for time on site
- Attended: they were in the room
- Registered, missed it: they wanted it, so the recording is a reason to write
- Met in person: booth visits, badge scans and conversations, logged by whoever met them
- Keep what each person saw: the session, the speaker, the question they asked.

- Pull the list from where the event lived:
Anyone who is already covered comes off the list before it is scored.
- Look up every attendee in HubSpot.
- Customers and open deals go to their owner, with the event as a reason to reach out.
- Contacts already in an active sequence are left out until it ends. Anyone who opted out never comes back.
- Competitors and fellow vendors come off too.
HubSpot
An attendee list already carries name, title and company, so fit is scored first and only buyers are enriched.
- Jev and OpenRouter score each attendee on company fit and on role: do they buy, use or sign off on what you sell?
- They classify and score only. Neither one enriches.
- The tier comes from fixed rules on top of their answers:
- Tier one: a strong fit in a buying role, and everyone you met in person
- Tiers two and three: a partial fit, or a fit company where the attendee is not the buyer
- No fit: dropped before any credit is spent
- Students, job seekers and fellow vendors are the first to go.

Only attendees who passed the score are enriched, each with a work email.
- Where the attendee is not the buyer, the buyer at the same account is found too.
- The enrichment waterfall uses IcyPeas, Prospeo, LeadMagic and GetLeads.
- Each vendor only sees the contacts the ones before it missed.

Every email is checked twice before anything sends.
- MillionVerifier checks every address first, then BounceBan checks every address that passes.
- Sort each address by the result:
- Valid: kept for the campaign
- Catch-all: kept only if BounceBan marks it deliverable, and sent from its own campaign so its results read separately
- Invalid, disposable or unknown: removed
- An enrichment vendor's own check never counts as one of the two.

A Slack alert with what they saw at the event, then one-to-one follow-up within two days.
- A Slack alert goes to the account owner with the event, the session and any notes from whoever met them.
- The owner then follows up one to one:
- A warm call on Salesfinity
- A personal note on LinkedIn or Gmail that picks up the conversation from the event
- Within two days of the event. After a week, the event stops being a reason to write.
- Exhibitors and speakers get the same alert before the show, with a request for time on site.
- Whatever the rep does is written back to the CRM.

Emails open on the event and offer something useful from it.
- Emails in EmailBison open on the event and offer one useful thing from it:
- Attended: the one takeaway that matters for their role
- Registered, missed it: the recording, sent when they say yes
- Then one line on what you do, and a clear question at the end.
- Sent within two days of the event, while they still remember it.
- Two emails in total, no link in the first, and open tracking off.
- An attendee who replies moves up to tier one.
